Justin and Erin (married)

I met Erin and Justin in the spring of last year. I was so excited to shoot their wedding back in March. Erin is so sweet. She was such a considerate and relaxed bride. All throughout the day she was constantly thinking of other people. Erin and Justin have been together for a while, and this day had been a long time coming. They had known each other since they were kids. It was a gorgeous day and a  beautiful setting for a wedding.

Justin and Erin, I hope your first few months of marriage have been wonderful! Thank you for letting me be a small part of your day!

My first wedding of 2015 was a beautiful February day! We had the most perfect weather! I have known Alison since high school, and was so excited when she contacted me to photograph her wedding! She was such a gorgeous bride. Their wedding was at the beautiful Bragg Mitchell Mansion in Mobile. They were so much fun, and so happy to be getting married! The party continued late into the night, and it was such a blast!

First look! So precious

Congratulations Garrett and Alison! Thank you for making the start of my 2015 weddings so much fun!

My last wedding of 2014 was one I had been so excited about! I met Katherine at a wedding I was shooting last May. When I found out this summer that she had gotten engaged I was so excited! She called me and we set up engagement photos. We had so much fun, and I was anxiously awaiting their November wedding! It was a perfect day, and I was so honored to capture their day!

She had the sweetest first look with her father! It was so precious!

I LOVED all of the girls dresses!

Wasn't Katherine the most beautiful bride?

Such a fun group! Congrats Katherine and Frankie! I know these first several months of marriage have been so wonderful!!

This was the first wedding that I had to get on an airplane to go and shoot! :) I was so excited to travel all the way to Michigan for this wedding. Peter has been a good friend since college and I was so thankful that he and Samantha asked me to come and do their wedding. What a privilege. It was also incredibly lovely to go from hot and humid to cool fall weather! Oh my word! They literally could not have asked for a more perfect day! It was beautiful and cool and perfectly fall! :) It was such a relaxed day and I was so happy to be apart!

Such a beautiful bride!

This day was one that I had anticipated for such a long time! These are the sweetest friends and I woke up that day so excited for them! The wedding was in Baton Rouge where this couple now lives and are on staff with Campus Outreach. They pour out their lives to college students and I am so thankful for all that they do! Their wedding day was so God honoring and their wedding party was so incredibly happy for them! It was such a fun day. Laura Jo was the most beautiful bride and you could tell that Austin knew he was the luckiest guy in the world! :)

I love this picture. It is so Laura Jo....she was perfectly calm and so sweet that day. She was concerned about everyone else and we had so much fun just hanging out!

Look at that! They thought she looked beautiful too! :)

First look....This was Austin's face pretty much the whole day! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for allowing me the absolute privilege of being there on your special day! I love you guys so much and am so grateful for your friendship!

I met Ashley and Matt about a year before their wedding. I was so excited when they booked me! After hearing about how they met, dated, fell in love, and got engaged, I couldn't wait. By the time they were officially married in May, they had dated over 11 years! I am certain that it must have felt so nice to be able to wake up that morning and think, "Finally! This is it!" Not only was this couple incredibly precious, but the friends and family that stood beside them on this day were pretty great too! This group had SO. MUCH. FUN!!! I have never seen a group so encouraging, fun, and excited for a couple. It was as if this entire wedding party was thinking, "Finally! This is it!" as well. They loved on this couple and made sure that their day was absolutely perfect! Here are a few pictures from their wonderful wedding day! :)

Lots and lots of this all day long!

I love that after so many years of being together, there was so much emotion on that day! They chose not to see each other, but even holding his hand, Ashley couldn't hold back the tears!

It poured right before and during the ceremony. Right when it is time for outside pictures, we get a beautiful sky!

How fun is Matt's cake? Loved it!

Love a group picture!Congrats Ashley and Matt! Thank you for helping me end May with such a fun wedding!! :)

Mary Kate and I went to high school together! She was even my doubles partner when we played tennis from time to time! She has such a sweet spirit and an incredible heart! When she contacted me I knew she had just gotten engaged. They had a very short engagement, which I am totally for! :) I didn't know Luke before the wedding day, although I had shopped at his families' antique shop from time to time!

This couple....they were so adorable. From the moment Mary Kate walked down the aisle they could not stop smiling. It was as if no one else was around them. You could tell that even though they only had a few months of engagement, they had waited forever! :) They were just dying to be married! Here are a few pictures from their special day!

Luke has 5 SISTERS! You could tell they all just adored their brother and his new bride!

Such a beautiful bride!

So precious!

Sweetest moments after the ceremony!

He could not stop staring at her! :)

My second wedding of May was a location I had never been to in my own town! It started out a bit rainy in the morning, but by the time we were ready for pictures it cleared up. There was a BEAUTIFUL staircase that we ended up using for many of our pictures! It was definitely a party the whole night and such a fun celebration! Congrats Samantha and Jason! I hope that married life is treating you very well!! :)
